Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. Milk
3 lb. hamburger
2 c. oatmeal or quick oats
2 eggs
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt

BBQ sauce
2 c. ketchup
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
I like to make the sauce ahead of time and let sit for 12-24 hours for better flavor but you don't have to.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hands, roll into balls and cook @ 350 until brown, then cover with sauce and cook 5-10 minutes more. I usually take one meatball out and cut it in half to make sure they are done.
It works great to bake the meatballs and freeze them for use at a later time. You can just put them frozen in a crockpot with the sauce on low for several hours.
