1 Reynolds Oven Bag, large size (16x17 1/2 in.)
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb. each)
dried basil
seasoned salt
2-4 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium apples, cored, cut into eighths

Preheat oven to 350º. Shake flour in oven bag. Place bag in 13x9x2 in. baking pan with opening towards wide side of pan. Add orange juice, honey & mustard to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Sprinkle tenderloins with basil & seasoned salt, to taste. Place in bag, tucking the narrow end of each tenderloin under for even cooking. Place carrot & apple slices in bag around tenderloins. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut 6 (1/2 in.) slits in top of bag. Tuck ends of bag into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes until meat thermometer reads 160º.

I used 1 long pork loin cut in 1/2.
I used 1/2 c. orange juice.
I used 3 tbsp. honey.
I used 2 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard.
