3 lbs. apples
2 c. sugar (or sweeten to taste)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core apples, cut into chunks. Put into pan with 1 c. water and cook slowly until apples are mushy with some chunks. Remove from heat and add sugar and cinnamon. Let cool and serve.
