Pastry for 9-inch two-crust pie
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 c. berries (blueberry, blackberries, raspberries)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in berries (if using blackberries and/or raspberries, use 1 c. sugar). Turn into pastry lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Dot with margarine. Cover with top crust that has slits cut in it; seal and flute.

Bake until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crusts. 35-45 minutes.
