1 lb. hamburger meat
onions
mushrooms
1 can spaghetti sauce
2 c. water
lasagna noodles
shredded mozzarella cheese
cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown 1 lb. hamburger meat, drain excess grease.
2. Add onions and mushrooms, cook until onions are clear in color. Add 1 can spaghetti sauce and 2 cups water to mixture and heat until warm.
3. In a 9x13 baking dish, add a coop of the sauce mixture, then make layers in the following order: raw (uncooked) lasagna noodles; cottage cheese; spaghetti sauce mixture; shredded cheese until all ingredients are gone.
4. Last layer ONLY: make sure the last layer is noodles, spaghetti sauce mixture and shredded cheese only.
5. Seal the baking dish with foil and let set overnight in the refrigerator.
6. Next day, cook at 300 for 2 hours to 3 hours until it is bubbling.
