1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry jello
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup strawberries and juice
1 cup Wesson Oil

Icing
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/ cup strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cake mix, dry jello, flour.
Add eggs, water, 1/2 cup strawberries, Wesson Oil and mix well. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

I made up the cooking temperature and time since it was not on Hadley's recipe so beware. I think I remember that she made this as a sheet cake. Those of you who have any confidence in me can carry on! MJH
