Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Asparagus 1 or 2 bunches
a bag
butter
garlic/fresh or powder
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the asparagus, break off the good part by snapping them about 3/4 down from the top.
Put them in a large baggie.
Melt butter or olive oil with some grated garlic and salt.(power works ok )
Move them around in the bag to get all of the marinate over all of them and marinate them for 10-20 min

Get a pan hot with a little oil and fry them in the pan, cook them about 5 min on a medium setting, not too hot to burn them ,turning them over , rolling them around to get all sides cooked. Tender as green beans and very tasty.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
They are tasty and crunchy, with a garlic flavor.
You can use other spices to mix it up.
This also works on a grill if you can keep them from falling through the grill but they may get more charred on the grill but still are great.
