1 c. soy sauce
1 c. peanut oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar or cooking wine
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes or dash of onion powder
8-10 turkey tenderloins (we slice each tenderloin in half lengthwise for more even grilling. That may lessen the grilling time.)

Blend all ingredients together for use as a marinade with turkey. Pour over turkey tenderloins in a sealable bag. Refrigerate tenderloins overnight (or at least several hours), turning occasionally. Grill steaks over hot coals, about 8 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Do not overcook.
