Fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
1/4 tsp. sea salt or kosher salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange asparagus on baking sheet. Coat lightly with olive oil or canola oil spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400ºF for 12 minutes. Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and vinegar. Drizzle over asparagus, tossing to coat.
