1 C oleo
1/2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
finely chopped walnuts (about 1 cup)
white whipped frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and brown sugar, add eggs and vanilla and blend. Mix in flour and salt. Chill about 1 hour. Roll into balls and roll balls in finely chopped walnuts. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Immediately after removing from the oven press an indentation in each cookie (the round handle of a wooden spoon works well) Return to oven and bake another 2 minutes. When cool, pipe a frosting star in the middle of each cookie - top with a red or green M & M peanut candy.
