Bok Choy Salad Recipe

1 1/4 lbs. bok choy
1/2 c. butter melted
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. ramen noodles (discard seasoning pkt.)
3 green onions

Dressing:
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a pan and add 1/2 c. sesase seeds to toast lightly. Set aside to cool.

Chop bok choy and green onions and place in serving bowl.

In a seprate bowl, crush the ramen noodles.

Combine the ingredients for the dressing.

Just before ready to serve, add ramen noodles and toasted sesame seeds to the bok choy and green onions, and toss with the dressing.
