"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When Granny made teacakes it was a special time. She would mix up the dough and roll it out on the dough board with the rolling pin Daddy made for her in his shop class in high school. When Granny would turn her back we would "sneak" the dough and eat it raw. She would scold us for "sneaking" the dough, even though this was all part of the fun. Man, that dough was good!
