1/4 cup olive oil
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/8 freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup orzo
1/4 cup pine nuts
3 T finely chopped pitted olives
3 T finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced basil
2 oz feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and sugar. Set aside.
Cook orzo as directed on box. Lightly toast pine nuts in dry skillet over medium-low heat, shaking constantly. Combine drained orzo and dressing. Let cool to room temperature. Add the pine nuts, olives, red onion and basil and stir to combine. Add feta and toss lightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as necessary
