8 c. water
1 1/2 c. diced chicken, beef or ham
1 head cabbage, cut into small pieces
2 medium onions, diced
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
3 large potatoes, diced
1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat in water until thoroughly cooked. Skim off froth. Add all other ingredients except tomatoes and heavy cream. Boil for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and heat through. Serve with sour cream if desired.
