4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. dry yeast
1 egg

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the egg. Roll out and cut into long stripes. Brush with egg. Sprinkle salt on top and bake at 425º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
