EYE OF THE ROUND ROAST (about 3 lbs)
BUTTER
SALT
PEPPER
GARLIC POWDER

Directions:
Wash roast place in heavy duty aluminum foil on top of 3 pads of butter. Add salt, pepper, & garlic powder over the roast place several pads of butter on top of roast cover tightly in aluminum foil, place in glass dish. Be sure oven is preheated to 350 . Cook 1 1/2 hrs. shut oven off but leave roast in oven for an additional 1/2 hr do not open oven at all. When the 1/2 is up make gravy, open aluminum foil and drain off juice in sauce pan add 2 tablespoons of corn starch 1/4 cup water mix together until smooth add to juices stir constantly until it comes to a boil on medium heat for one minute stirring constantly. Shut of heat and add whatever spices you like (ie salt, pepper, gravy master)
