2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations Refrigerated flaky dough sheets
1 lb. ground beef
3 T. taco seasoning
1 1/2 c. salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar - Jack cheese
1 beaten egg
1 T. cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll both cans of dough and cut into 6 - 8 rectangles. Cook beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain any grease. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer 5 min. Spoon meat mixture onto one side of the dough rectangles. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold rectangles over to make squares. Press edges with fork to create meat stuffed pocket. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cornmeal. Bake 10 to 15 min.
