1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
3/4 C. bread crumbs
1/3 C. tomato sauce with sugar and basil (or tomato soup)
1/3 C. applesauce
salt
pepper
minced onions
Sauce:
1/2 C ketchup
1 tsp mustard (to taste)
1/4 C brown sugar (to taste)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients together and put in a loaf pan. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meat mixture. Cook for 30 minutes or until done.
