1 C oil
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C shredded zucchini
1/4 oz can crushed & drained pineapple

3 C whole what flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 C raisins

1 C chopped walnuts


Directions:

mix until thick:
eggs,oil,sugar,vanilla

Add in remaining ingredients, blend well and then pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
