1 Pkg. jumbo shells,
4 c. ricotta cheese,
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese,
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese,
2 eggs,
1 T. chopped fresh parsley,
3/4 t. dried oregano leaves,
1/2 t. salt,
1/4 t. ground black pepper,
3 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together cheese, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. In 13x9x2 in. baking dish, spread 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce. Fill each cooked shell with about 2 T. cheese mixture. Layer one-half filled shells in prepared baking dish; spread one-half remaining sauce over shells, repeat with all the shells and sauce then sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 35 min. or until hot and bubbly.

If I don't need to make so much I will fill all the shells anyway and freeze them for another time. Just put them individualy on a baking pan and freeze then. Store in a freezer bag.
