1/4# bacon
2 cans Butter Beans
1/4 c diced celery
1/4 c diced green pepper
2/3 c brown sugar
4T flour
1 small onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up bacon. Put a layer on the bottom of pan. Drain the beans, saving the juice. Add beans, onion, celery and green pepper to the pan. Mix the juice from the beans with the brown sugar and flour. Pour this mixture over the beans and top off with the rest of the bacon.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in for another 15 minutes.
