1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2-4 boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Wash chicken and pat dry. mix sour cream, mustard and pepper. Dip each piece thoroughly in mustard mixture, then in breadcrumbs. Bake at 375º for 25-35 minutes.
