Ingredients:

1 cup Del Monte vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 bay leaf (opt)
1/2 tsp salt
1-4 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)
1 (20 oz) chicken, cut up
20 oz pork cut into 1" cubes
1 slice pork liver cut into 1" cubes
1 1/2 cup water
cooking oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, 1/2 tsp. garlic, pepper, bay leaf, salt, and soy sauce. Put in chicken, pork and liver. Let soak for 30 minutes. Add water and simmer uncovered until tender. Strain the sauce. Set aside. Chop liver finely. Combine with sauce. Set aside. Brown 1/2 tsp garlic, chicken and pork in cooking oil. Return everything to saucepan, cover and simmer until sauce thickens.
