1 can (soup-sized) artichoke hearts (not marinated)
3 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 T butter, softened
3 T milk (or more)
1/3c Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes, slice in quarters. Defrost and squeeze the spinach dry. Spread artichokes evenly in the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover evenly with the chopped spinach. beat cream cheese, butter and milk until smooth. Pour over spinach. Add a little more milk if the mixture is not soupy enough. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
