Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cans Whole Kernel Corn
1/2 c Celery (chopped)
1/2 c Purple Onion (chopped)
1 jar Pickled Cauliflower Mix, HOT (chopped) use mild if prefer less heat.
3 tbs Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Add some of the juice from the pickled Cauliflower.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Green Pepper and Pimento may be added if desired.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Drain off some of the juice before serving.

If you like a little spicy "heat" you may use mild cauliflower mix and add a bit of jalapeņo juice for the heat.
