1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 14 oz. jar Prego sauce (original)
7 oz. of water
2 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese*
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. parmesan cheese*
1 egg
6 lasagna noodles (UNCOOKED)
1/4 c. onion (if desired)

*Reserve 1/2 c. mozzarella. cheese and the parmesan cheese for the topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat (and onion if using) and DRAIN meat well. Add sauce, water, egg, shredded cheddar cheese and 2 c. of Mozzarella. cheese, stir and simmer 10 minutes.

Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Break in chunks 3 lasagna noodles and spread in bottom of pan. Pour 1/2 of meat mixture on top. Break the other 3 lasagna noodles for next layer. Pour remaining meat mixture on top. Take the remaining mozzarella cheese and the 1/3 c. parmesan cheese and sprinkle all over the top.

COVER the dish with foil and bake 45-50 min. Remove from oven, take foil off and it's ready to serve.
