Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup milk ,
6 slices white bread,
2 lbs. ground beef,
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese,
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt,
3/4 tsp. salt,
pepper (to taste),
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley,
4 eggs beaten,
8-10 slices of thinly cut bacon,

sauce:
1-1/2 cup ketchup,
1/3 cup brown sugar,
1 tsp. dry mustard,
Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350º
pour milk over bread slices, allow it to soak up for a few minutes.
Add all ingredients together pouring beaten eggs as the last ingredient.
With clean hands (I know yuck right? but I swear this works best!) mix all ingredients together until well combined. Form mixture into a loaf shape and place on a broiler pan if you have one, if not just use what you got!
Now for the yummiest part !
Lay the bacon slices over the top tucking them underneath the sides of the meatloaf.
Make the sauce:
Add all ingredients in a small mixing bowl , stir together well.
Pour about half of the mixture over the top of the bacon and spread with a spoon.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hr. depending on your oven, You should not have any pink in the center of this meatloaf, so let that be your secondary guide!

You can either add the rest of the sauce to the top of your meatloaf about half way through cooking or my fave simply add just a bit to each slice as you serve it! Presto ! yummy meat loaf even picky eaters devour!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This yummy meatloaf recipe yields about 8 to 10 good size portions or if you have two teenage boys make that 2 portions!
