5 cups cut up fresh peaches (Peach Crest Farm peaches are best!)
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 T baking powder
1 egg
3 T soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Mix egg and butter. In large bowl, mix cut up peaches and combined wet and dry ingredients. Put in a sprayed 8 x 8 glass baking dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon, dotted with 2 T butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Yummy with vanilla ice cream!
