1 c. shelled pistachios, unsalted
1/4 c. honey
1 pear (D'Anjou, or other firm variety)
1 apple (Fuji or other)
1 c. Gorgonzola crumbles
10 oz. (16 c.) mixed greens
6 oz. House Vinaigrette (recipe in this section)

Preheat over to 350º. In a large, oven-proof saute pan or dish, add pistachios and toast in oven for 5-7 minute's or until lightly browned. Toss with honey and cool at room temperature.

Preheat grill until hot. Core pear and apple and cut into 16 slices each. Grill slices 1-2 minutes per side, or until there are light grill marks, taking care not to burn. Place in single layer on plate and refrigerate to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, toss mixed greens and House Vinaigrette. Mound greens on 4 dinner plates or bowls and top each with 4 pear slices, 4 apple slices, 1/4 c. Gorgonzola crumbles, and 1/4 c. honeyed pistachios.
