5 lb. cooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 oz. jar capers, drained
2 medium sized white onions, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
2 tsp. celery seed
3 lemons, thinly sliced
2 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1/2 c. vegetable or olive oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 T. horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/3 of the shrimp, capers, onions, peppers, celery seed and lemon slices in baking dish. Repeat the layering sequence twice. Whisk together the dressing mix, oil, vinegar and horseradish and pour evenly over shrimp. Chill at least 12 hours, then serve.
