8 slices bread cubed
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
2 lbs. sausage cooked and drained
4 eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed bread in a 9X12 baking dish. Top with cheese and cooked sausage. Be sure to drain sausage before adding. Then beat eggs, milk and dry mustard together. Pour over other items in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate over night. Then remove from refrigerator. Dilute cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over top. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
