Angel food cake ( can pick up one from bakery)
Filling:
1 pint whipping cream
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp. strong black coffee
8 eggs yolks beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream until stiff. Set in refrigerator. Dissolve gelatin in water in top of double boiler. Add powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Add coffee and mix well. Cool, add yolks. Blend in whip cream and leave in refrigerator until ready to frost. Cut angel food cake horizontally then place filling on top of one layer of cake. Place second layer on top of filling.
