1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground fully cooked ham
2 eggs
3/4 C. milk
2/3 C. crushed Shredded Wheat cereal

Sauce:
1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
2/3 C. water
1/3 C. vinegar
3/4 tsp. ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the pork, ham, eggs, milk, and cereal; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch balls; place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. simmer uncovered for 4 minutes. Pour over ham balls and bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes at 350º or until browned. Yield: 8 servings.
