2 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 C. shredded cooked chicken
2 C. mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
12 lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed, and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 375º. Combine tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper. Mix with chicken, 1 C mozzarella, Parmesan, and eggs. Spread 1/3 C onto each noodle and roll up. Spread 1/2 C of the remaining sauce mixture onto bottom of 9 x 13 pan, top with lasagna rolls, seamside down. Cover with remaining sauce mixture and mozzarella. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until roll ups are heated through, uncovering the last 10 minutes.
