4 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. processed American cheese
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 C. cooked chicken breast- chopped
1 pt. Half and Half
2 C. skim milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder to taste

Mix all together and cook until cheese is melted. Serve over tortilla chips.
