2 sticks margarine
1 C. flour
4 C. chicken broth
1 1/2 C. Half and Half
16 oz. Cheese Whiz
6 oz. beer
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C. chives, chopped
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pan, melt margarine, stir in flour. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in chicken broth and Half and Half. Mix until thick and smooth. Add Cheese Whiz. Stir until melted and smooth. Stir in beer and Worcestershire sauce. Add chives and mixed veggies. Simmer 15 minutes stirring constantly.
