Mashed potatoes (left over)
1 egg (depends on how many potatoes there are)
Flour (enough to make a stiff dough)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Boil balls in salted water until they float to the top. Drain. Melt butter in skillet and add balls. Shake salt and pepper on balls and cook until browned on all sides.

This is really good eaten with sauerkraut.
