5 Pieces Small White Turnips
1 small sliced Red Beets for (per jar)
3 tbs salt or to taste .
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tbs whit vinegar
water to fill the jar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut the roots top and bottom of the Turnip, then cut into wedges. Place the turnips to the jar with 1 small sliced red beet. Add the salt,sugar and the vinegar then fill the rest of the jar with water and 3 inch below the Rim. and keep Tighten the lid and leave out for 1 week to be ready . Refrigerate or in dry place.
