1 Cup Sea Salt .
1 gallon Water
1 head unpeeled Garlic
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 Bunch Fresh Mint or 2 tsp dried Mint.
2 tsp coriander seeds ( if you proffer )

Mix all the ingredient above in a pan together.
Bring a large clean jar arrange the cucumber or any veg you like to make.
Then add the brine and cover all the way to the rim. And close the jar.
you can eat it after 1 week.
After one day make sure to taste the salt if needed .
