1 16 oz jar of roasted red peppers (pureed) or red pepper paste
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses (optional)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp cumin
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Use a mixing bowl. Combine all the ingredients together. Extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, cayenne pepper, bread crumbs and walnuts. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve and garnish with walnuts on top.
