2-1/2# Thinly sliced round steak
5 green onions with tops, chopped
2 T. sugar
1 T. sesame seeds, toasted
1 T. sesame oil
1 t. MSG
1/3 c. soy sauce
Course ground pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil, soy sauce, seeds, MSG, onions, sugar, pepper and garlic. Add beef and marinate overnight. NOTE: I do not use msg. To substitute try a meat tenderizer.
To cook, place under 500º broiler until browned on both sides or grill outside. Serve with warmed juice over rice or noodles.
