1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm milk
4 eggs. (separate)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast over warm milk, stir to dissolve. Beat egg yokes and add to yeast mixture. Add vanilla and melted butter and mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into batter. Let mixture stand in a warm place about 45 minutes or until it doubles in bulk. Use 1/2 c. mix per waffle. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
