Ingredients:  
3 cans chopped clams
1 lemon (juiced)
1 small onion
1 green pepper, minced
1/4 c. dried parsley
1 stick Butter
1 tsp. Oregano
Few shakes of hot pepper sauce (tabasco)
Few shakes pepper
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Paprika
1/4 c. Bread Crumbs (or more as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer clams, clam juice & Lemon Juice for 15 minutes.
Add onions, parsley, and green pepper to simmering clams.
Add butter and oregano, when butter is melted add hot sauce and pepper.
Mix in bread crumbs 1/4 c. at a time until mixture has consistency of oatmeal.
Spoon into pie plate, cover with mozzarella, sprinkle on Parmesan and paprika.
Bake at 325º for 20 minutes
