2 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 7oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 TSR. vanilla (almond extract can be substitute)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:

lightly grease 9 inch square pan and set aside.

In heavy pan bring first three ingredients to a full boil, stirring constantly.

Boil stirring constantly for 6 mins or until candy thermometer reaches 238. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until well melted and blended until smooth.
Immediately stir in marshmallow cream and vanilla blending until smooth. Add walnuts and mix well.

Pour into prepared pan, cool completely. Cut into squares.
