8 lrg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. tiny cubes Swiss cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 425ºF for 55 min. Dish out potatoes and leave boats separate.

Combine milk and butter and melt slowly. Mash potatoes. Mix in hot milk, sour cream, cheese squares, salt and pepper.

Spoon into potato skins

Rebake at 350ºF for 25 min.

Top with shredded cheese - bake additional 5 min.
