1 box of Lemon Supreme cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup of Puritan Oil
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup coconut flakes or chopped nuts (not both)
Maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together at low speed (best if by hand). Roll into bolls the size of a small walnut.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Cut up cherries and press a piece very lightly in the middle.

Note: They spread so don't put them too close together.

Bake at 375º for 6 or 7 minutes
