Ingredients:
1 Head of Garlic
Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Salt (Fresh Ground)
Pepper (Fresh Ground)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare garlic by snipping the top off of a full bulb
Drizzle with olive oil
Top with fresh ground pepper and ground salt
Bake the garlic in a cloche until fragrant and the whole garlic is slightly soft and easily removed with a cocktail fork.
Serve on a wooden board or from the cloche base with triscuit crackers or French bread baguettes rounds.
This is an especially good appetizer for the holidays because you have to wait until Papa’s garlic crop has been harvested and when he isn’t home, sneak into the garage and steal some, then serve them to the family! Like he doesn’t notice!
