9.9 oz. pkg. coconut almond or coconut pecan frosting mix
1 cup unsifted flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry frosting mix, baking powder and butter and cut with a pastry blender until crumbly (like you would work a pie crust). Press half of the crumb mixture in an ungreased eight or nine inch square pan. Combine sweetened condensed milk with lemon juice and lemon peel. Pour rest of crumb mixture over top.

Bake at 350º 30 to 40 mins or until golden brown.
Cool and cut into bars.
