Ingredients:

1 qt milk
2 c. Hot Water
2/3 c. White Rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Raisins
1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Milk and water to boiling on Med-High heat
Add rice and Sugar and cook about 45 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, add raisins
Cool for 1/2 Hour
Add beaten egg, vanilla and return to low heat, stirring constantly for 15 minutes
Pour into shallow pan, sprinkle with Cinnamon
Cool and serve.
