Ingredients:  
- 2 large bunches of lots of Swiss Chard, cleaned and cut up
- 3-4 Hungarian Hot Peppers, remove seeds and chop up
- 4 links of hot Italian sausage, remove meat from casing
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped up
- 2 cans of cannellini beans or white navy beans
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup white wine
-olive oil
- Romano cheese

- put 2 tbsp. olive oil in a stock pot
- saute garlic 2-3 minutes until lightly browned
- cook sausage in the pan and cook until browned through
- put white wine, basil, hot peppers and Swiss chard in the pot and cook until the Swiss chard stems are tender
- add the beans and cook until the beans are warmed through
- Serve in bowls and sprinkle Romano cheese on top

I made this recipe up using veggies from my garden. Feel free to add any other vegetable you have growing in your garden. Fresh green beans taste good in this soup as well.
